L&T to build Holiday Inn Estancia hotel:-L&T Arun Excello Commercial Projects has announced plans to set up the Holiday Inn Estancia hotel in Chennai at an investment of Rs 150 crore. This 200-room, 75-suite hotel will be open in 2011. 

Maheshwari Group setting up two malls in Hyderabad:-Hyderabad-based Maheshwari Group, promoters of MPM Mall in the city, is setting two more malls with a built-up area of over 370,000 sft. one mall, named Bonsai, was being readied at Himayatnagar and would be completed by September this year.
